Boozy Whipped Cream

Anytime you want to add extra flavor, and kick it up just a bit, find your favorite flavor that pairs well with cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite liqueur or bourbon
  • 6 tablespoons confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Chill a large mixing bowl or bowl from your stand mixer in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  2. Chill the heavy whipping cream in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  3. While everything is still cold and icy, add your whipping cream to your mixing bowl and with the whip attachment, begin whipping the cream on high speed.
  4. As the cream begins to thicken, stream in your liqueur or bourbon.
  5. Spoon in the confectioner's sugar a tablespoon at a time.
  6. Continue to whip until stiff, about 4-5 minutes total.
