Anytime you want to add extra flavor, and kick it up just a bit, find your favorite flavor that pairs well with cream.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup of your favorite liqueur or bourbon
- 6 tablespoons confectioners sugar
Instructions
- Chill a large mixing bowl or bowl from your stand mixer in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Chill the heavy whipping cream in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- While everything is still cold and icy, add your whipping cream to your mixing bowl and with the whip attachment, begin whipping the cream on high speed.
- As the cream begins to thicken, stream in your liqueur or bourbon.
- Spoon in the confectioner's sugar a tablespoon at a time.
- Continue to whip until stiff, about 4-5 minutes total.
